The Person Behind Prime Project Partners
Karim Daher is the Founder and CEO of Prime Project Partners, established to address a critical gap in Ras Al Khaimah's construction market: property owners need a trusted advocate who protects their interests throughout the construction process. After years managing production at Zein Italia Marble, Karim witnessed countless owners struggle with unreliable contractors, budget overruns and quality issues — especially overseas investors and busy professionals who couldn't be on-site daily.
Prime Project Partners provides comprehensive owner's representation and project management services, acting as clients' eyes and hands on the ground. Karim coordinates experienced designers, manages vetted contractors, controls budgets, ensures quality and handles municipality approvals — delivering projects on time, within budget and to exceptional standards.
Before founding Prime Project Partners, Karim led manufacturing operations and project management at Zein Italia Marble LLC in Ras Al Khaimah, specialising in process optimisation, operational excellence and cross-functional leadership. He combines that production-management discipline with PMP methodology and NEBOSH safety certification to build trust through transparency and accountability.
